Refund policy


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If there is a variance in price for exchange items, customers must pay for price difference or will be refunded if of lesser value. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item. Exchanged items are final sale.

Exchanges and store credit: Always completely free

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Changes

Due to our fast shipping speeds, we are unable to guarantee that we will update the delivery address of an order or change an order after it has been placed.

If you need to change your shipping address, we recommend that you contact your courier company for assistance in updating your shipping address.

If you would like to add, change or upgrade an item in your order, please contact us at rimiking-customer-service@outlook.com if we are unable to make changes to your order, you may return the items from your original order. Once we receive the return, we will refund you according to your original method of payment.

Order Cancellation

After your order is shipped, we cannot process a cancellation. Please contact us at rimiking-customer-service@outlook.com  if you wish to cancel/return an item that's already been shipped, please return your items for a return for a full refund.
